How the daily cycle works
The pipeline refreshes active SAM.gov opportunity data every day, restricted to open solicitation-type notices. After each refresh, new opportunities are scored against every subscriber profile. Once a day, subscribers receive an email containing only never-before-sent matches - if nothing new cleared your fit threshold, you get nothing, which keeps the signal honest. Deduplication is tracked per match, so an opportunity you were alerted to on Monday will not reappear on Wednesday just because it is still open. How often are alerts sent?
Daily. The opportunity data refreshes every day, and subscribers receive one email per day containing only new matches that scored 65 or higher against their profile. If nothing new clears the bar, no email is sent that day.
Will I get the same opportunity twice?
No. Every alerted match is recorded, and only never-before-sent matches are included in each email. An opportunity you have already been alerted to will not reappear, even while it remains open.
