An AI agent for SAM.gov opportunities
GovConAgent is an AI agent that helps small businesses find, qualify, track, and respond to SAM.gov contract opportunities. It scores active federal solicitations against your company profile with an explainable 0–100 fit score, then generates a bid/no-bid brief, a compliance matrix, and a proposal template — so a team without a full-time capture shop can decide faster and bid smarter.

Frequently asked questions
Is GovConAgent affiliated with SAM.gov or the U.S. Government?
No. GovConAgent is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by SAM.gov, GSA, or the U.S. Government. Every opportunity links back to its official SAM.gov notice, which is always the authoritative source.
Where does the opportunity data come from?
From the official SAM.gov Contract Opportunities data, refreshed daily. GovConAgent stores active solicitation notices and scores them against your profile; it never changes the underlying notice.
How is the fit score calculated?
It is a deterministic 0–100 score from weighted factors: NAICS alignment, capability keywords, set-aside/certification alignment, target agency, PSC, past performance, deadline feasibility versus your capacity, geography, and an exclusion-keyword penalty. Every score shows its factor breakdown — it is decision-support, not a verdict.
Can I try it without creating an account?
Yes. The first-match flow needs no login: build a company profile, see scored matches, and generate a bid/no-bid brief. Saving opportunities, pipeline tracking, compliance-matrix generation, and proposal templates are on the paid plans.
Does GovConAgent write my proposal or guarantee I'll win?
No. It generates a structured proposal template (a starting shell to fill in, never finished prose) and decision-support drafts. It does not guarantee contract awards, eligibility, or compliance. Every output should be reviewed by a qualified person and verified against the official solicitation before submission.
Who is it built for?
Small and mid-sized federal contractors — especially 8(a), SDVOSB, WOSB, and HUBZone firms, IT and professional-services companies, and capture or proposal consultants triaging opportunities for multiple clients.
